I'll be honest, autumn is my favorite season of the year but spring does bring a lot of color and a lot of inspiration. Winter seems to be tricking the trees and flowers around here, and every time they begin to bloom we get a cold snap. Our yard is still trying to wake up, but the nurseries around town have some gorgeous flowers!
The color that keeps popping up this year is fuschia and pink in all sorts of shades.
I really should work with more pink. It's a great color. These two pictures were from a large nursery here in town that is always full of flowers, no matter the time of year. Sometimes it's just nice to go on a stroll through their gardens.
Since we're on the subject of pink, my Etsy store will be opening by the end of the week and this will be there:
It features a large sweet soft pink rose quartz faceted teardrop with a cluster of freshwater potato pearls on top. It sits on a long 24-inch gold fill chain.
And, for those who like hot pink and the summer months, my pink topaz sunset earrings will be there, too:
These earrings feature large hot pink topaz with a cluster of amethyst, citrine, ametrine, carnelian, and garnet topping it off. They hang from gorgeous gold fill ear wires.
Until next time!
